About the job Customer Service Associate

Responsibilities

  • Handle full-cycle order processing, including quotes, POs, and SOs, while managing customer consignment programs.
  • Ensure critical on-time delivery by coordinating logistics among customers, vendors, and internal engineers.
  • Maintain inventory control and ensure data integrity across customer price books and operational filing systems.
  • Serve as a primary contact to effectively resolve inquiries and cultivate strong relationships with customers and business partners.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Oracle or SAP system experience will be an added advantage
  • Good communication and good interpersonal skills
  • Required to be on Monthly Rotating Weekend & Public Holiday Standby
