Customer Service-Cold Chain with Cartoncloud & Microsoft Dynamics

The Customer Service Officer is responsible for managing customer interactions and ensuring high levels of service within a cold chain warehouse environment. This role involves handling inquiries, processing orders, coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams, and maintaining accurate records to support cold chain compliance and customer satisfaction.



Key Responsibilities:



Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.



Process orders and coordinate dispatch with warehouse and logistics teams.



Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and delivery schedules.



Ensure customer requirements are met while maintaining cold chain integrity.
