Responsibilities:

This is a full-time position. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

+ Provide 1st line technical support to end customers for all VTD products, ranging from basic to advanced content, while meeting KPIs for response time and quality

+ Provide basic and advanced software training and demonstrations, as part of both pre-sales and post-sales activities

+ Create technical content such as knowledge articles and presentations

+ Engage with the VTD online community of users

Qualifications (Required):

+ Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Electronics or other relevant disciplines

+ 2-3 years of industrial experience, especially in a relevant industry such as automotive, as an ADAS or automotive electronics engineer.
