Role Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Responsible to provide excellent customer service, solving queries, issues and complaints related to products, order status, Inventory, Billing, through web-chat, emails. WhatsApp & calls.
· Respond to generated tickets of customer issues received during non-working hours in a professional manner.
· Responsible to document customer transactions accurately in the CRM system.
· Coordinate with the co-workers, lead persons and other departments as appropriate.
· Manage all customer inquiries and summarize to present to management.
· Maintain accuracy of all data and verify the same for all customer services.
Preferred candidates :
· Should possess effective written communication skills and comprehension skills.
· Excellent interpersonal, intrapersonal skills, team player.
· Freshers can also apply.
· Immediate Joiners will be preferred.
