Role Description

We're seeking a Customer Service Representative for a Showroom/Warehouse position located in the Burnaby area. You will be joining a leading manufacturer of luxurious surfaces.
 What We Offer: 
Salary: $55,000 to $70,000 annually
Job Type/Shift: Permanent Full time Position

What You'll Do: 
Process purchase orders and provide updates to customers
Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, pricing and shipments 
Troubleshoot common issues with products or services. 
Work with the sales team or other departments to find appropriate solutions to problems
Manage inventory and coordinate product transfers 
Build and maintain strong customer relationships via phone and email
Enhance the overall customer experience through proactive support
