Role Description
Job Title: Bilingual Customer Care Representative for a Top 3 Bank
Placement Type: 6 month contract-to-hire (80% of hires move onto internal roles/more specialty positions – performance based)
Hours of Operation: Monday to Sunday 7 AM to Midnight - 8 hour shifts , 5 days / week (WILL NOT NEED TO WORK BOTH WEEKEND DAYS)
Location: 100% WORK FROM HOME (locations: Mississauga, Montreal, Moncton, Winnipeg, Vancouver)

You are a banking advisor, and an exceptional customer service representative. You champion the client brand and provide support to our clients as they will interact with us in very different ways; whether it is by phone, email, chat, video, social media or mobile.
