We’re expanding our Online Sales team and are looking for a
Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative with a strong sales mindset
to support our web shops and marketplace customers in the Netherlands and Belgium.
What you’ll do:
Provide sales-focused customer service via phone, email, WhatsApp and chat for the Dutch and Belgian markets.
Handle incoming sales leads, create tailored quotes, actively follow up and convert them into orders.
Support customers after sales: deliveries, claims, returns, installation help, payment issues.
Process orders and returns in our systems (including web shops and marketplaces like Bol.com).
Identify commercial opportunities during customer contact and promote relevant products or solutions.
