Role Description

Position: customer service representative Start Date: January 9, 2023 Contract Type: 12 month contract with possibility to go permanent afterward Shifts: 100% remote Monday to Friday: start time 6am - 9am, 8 hour day No Weekends Job Description: + Multimedia Content Agents - the inbound call center side for any of the products for existing clients. + This Bilingual (French) MCA handles any updates or changes for websites already published.

+ They are helping with technical questions about domain name changes or emails questions (cases). + If they cannot answer the question on the spot then they'll have to triage it to the right department.

+ Working cases as well which would be the email questions that come through. + The volume would be around 10 inbound calls per day, 20-40 emails/cases per day goal is to handle each case within 11 minutes unless it’s a complicated case.
