Customer Service Representative
Join our team in our Hermosillo, Mexico location!

Availability: Full-time work, 5 days a week with shifts, and 2 days OFF!
Pay Expectation: Base: $ + Bonus potential: $ - Up to $20,000 MXP Monthly!
*Pay rates vary by program fit during selection consideration.
Education: High school diploma or GED required
Language: Fluent in English, Spanish
Typing Skills: Ability to type 30 words per minute
Technical Proficiency: This position requires you to toggle back and forth between multiple systems while communicating with the customer. You will need to have intermediate/advanced technical proficiency and call center experience
