Role Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Inbound Call Center Agent to support our U.S. healthcare clients. The role involves handling incoming calls from members and insurances office, resolving inquiries related to benefits, claims, authorizations, billing, and general healthcare support. The ideal candidate must deliver excellent customer service while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and internal quality standards.
