- Handle inbound/outbound customer chats and calls.

Shift: Rotational Shifts (5 days working |2 rotational week-off)

Eligibility:

- Graduates – Freshers can apply

- Undergraduates – Minimum 6 months of experience required

- Good English verbal & written communication skills
