Customer Service Representative – Mexicali Branch, Carr. Mexicali - Aeropuerto KM 17, Int Blvd Nicaragua #800 Complejo Tecnológico Nicoya Mexicali, B.C. Mexico 21607. Pay ranges from $35,500 pesos per month to $38,000 pesos per month.

Position Responsibilities

Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world‑class technology.

Communicate with customers over phone, email and chat.

Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering.

Become a product and solutions expert, and answer product, pricing and shipping questions quickly and confidently.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.


• Bachelor's degree preferred.


• Prior customer service experience is a plus; training will be provided.
