Role Description
Manage and oversee customer communication and information regarding purchase order status, shipments, order receipt, and samples, serving as a strategic liaison between the company and the client. Contribute to the achievement of commercial targets through proactive, customer-focused service that drives sales, ensuring comprehensive management across people, processes, and projects.
- Safeguard and manage confidential customer information
