Role Description

🔹 Customer Service Representative*
📍 Location: Sin El Fil or nearby

✅ Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service

✅ Preferably holds a degree in Banking & Finance

✅ Age: between 26–36

✅ Ability to work under pressure

Main Responsibilities:

• Answering direct calls

• Managing emails

• Responding to social media inquiries

• Reactivating client data

• Managing direct chat communication
