Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive Customer Sales & Support Representative to handle outbound calls, customer support, and coordination activities. This role involves engaging with users, resolving basic issues, and following up on availability and participation.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls and follow up with leads and existing users
- Handle basic customer support and resolve common issues
- Coordinate with users on availability and confirmations
- Maintain call logs, follow-ups, and system updates

Requirements

- Strong communication skills (English and Tamil required)
- Comfortable handling calls and support queries
- Basic technical understanding of mobile or web platforms
