Role Description
EBA客服专员（境外业务）
工作职责：
1.通过品牌官方400热线或官网等方式为会员提供优质的咨询服务；
2.负责欧莱雅集团旗下多个美妆品牌的会员权益问题咨询解答及处理；
3.对新老客户进行电话回访，主动触达会员服务，收集客户声音，处理会员问题；
4.通过下送工单记录会员问题，并跟进处理；
5.完成上级领导交办的其他工作任务。
任职要求：
大专及以上；
同时具备流利的英语粤语普通话为必备的语言工具；
有较好的服务意识；
