Our client Flowtel Networks is looking for a Customer Services Representative in Lahore .

Responsibilities

  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Follow up to ensure resolution of customer issues.

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

Requirements

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
