We are looking for a Modernization Engineer for our Customer Solution Engineering Department, based in Dubai, UAE, reporting to the Customer Solution Manager – Modernization. The role is responsible for identifying the best KONE products to meet customer needs in non‑standard and modernization cases, selecting the right product platform, collaborating with the Supply Line and other teams to ensure accurate costing for materials and services, managing product lead times, creating product specifications, and coordinating between corporate, local sourcing and Front Lines to deliver optimal solutions.
