As a Customer Solutions Architect (CSA), you’ll play an integral role throughout the entire customer lifecycle — from early solutioning and onboarding, to project delivery, and long-term account success. This is a client-facing role that blends elements of presales, solution delivery, and customer success. You'll work closely with internal teams and enterprise clients to ensure a seamless experience, delivering real impact with our AI-driven solutions.
