Role Description

We are currently looking for a Customer Success Analyst (m/f/x) in Amsterdam. Our client is specialized in financial services and offering their clients a full service platform, to assist them efficiently.
Responsibilities
Set up the system for new customers actively
Identify opportunities for clients to optimize system functionality
Prepare training documentation and guides within the system
Analyze and respond to software-related queries from existing clients, executing straightforward requests
Proactively collaborate internally with operations and development teams to resolve issues and process complex requests
Cultivate sustainable customer relationships and trust through transparent and interactive communication
