Role Description

Our client's business is about software. 
Responsibilities
Providing customers with product, service knowledge, pricing, terms, or conditions.
Meeting customers' requirements and needs.
Solving customers' problems with their accounts and finding solutions.
Supporting customers via phone calls, emails, chats, or text messages to answer questions.
Qualifications
25-35 years old.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing Communication, or a related field.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in customer service. 
Good command of English. 
Strong communication skills.
