Job Role: Customer Support Associate - Handle customer queries and provide support for digital banking services

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and efficiently across various communication channels.
• Resolve customer issues, provide accurate information, and offer solutions in a timely manner, primarily using English/Hindi or other regional languages
• Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by adhering to service standards and procedures.
