Job Title: Customer Service Associate

Location: Believers Destination, Magnus Tower, Sector-73, Noida

Work Timings: 9 AM TO 6 PM

Preferred Candidate: Residing with family in Noida, greater Noida or Nearby

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
• Communicate clearly and courteously with students and parents.
• Guide and assist students through processes (calls/chat/support tools).
• Maintain and update data records accurately.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports.
• Use MS Excel for basic data management (filters, formatting, tracking sheets, etc.).
• Assist in scheduling, coordination, and administrative tasks.
• Support day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth workflow.
• Escalate issues to the management team when necessary.
• Provide basic technical support (login assistance, form updates, minor troubleshooting).
