We‘re hiring: Customer Delight Executive (Remote) | Immediate Joiners Preferable


Ravel is growing fast. We‘re the personalized haircare brand you might have seen on Shark Tank India, and our customers are the reason we exist. Now we need someone who treats every customer conversation like it matters, because it does.

This isn‘t a ‘read from a script‘ support role. You‘ll be the voice customers remember.


What you‘ll actually do:

  • Answer customer questions over email, chat, and phone, fast and properly
  • Call customers who got stuck placing an order and help them across the line
  • Solve complaints in a way that turns a frustrated buyer into a loyal one
  • Keep an eye on social media and respond where it counts
  • Work with our logistics and marketing teams so the whole experience feels seamless
  • Spot patterns in what customers say and flag them to us early ...
