Shift Pattern: Rotational shifts with rotational weekly offs
Working Hours: Night Shift

Compensation & Benefits:
CTC: ₹23,000 per month Take Home: ₹18,000 per month
Performance Linked Incentive (PLI): ₹1,00,000 per annum
Leave Policy:
No leave is applicable during the first 3 months of employment.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Freshers and undergraduate candidates can apply - Basic communication skills - Willingness to work in rotational shifts
