We’re Hiring: Customer Support Engineer L2 – Authentication & Identity Infrastructure
Are you passionate about troubleshooting complex authentication environments and solving critical enterprise access issues?
We’re looking for a Customer Support Engineer L2 to join a high-impact technical support team supporting mission-critical authentication and secure access platforms in a 24/7 environment.
What You’ll Be Working With:- Active Directory
- LDAP / DNS / Group Policy
- MFA & Certificate-Based Authentication
- Windows Server Infrastructure
- Secure Access Gateways
- Identity Federation (SAML / OIDC)
- Experience troubleshooting Windows Server and enterprise authentication issues
- Strong understanding of Authentication vs Authorization concepts
- Hands-on experience with AD, LDAP, DNS, GPOs, certificates, and MFA troubleshooting
