About the Role

We are looking for motivated Customer Support Representatives who are fluent in German, Dutch, or Danish , to join international teams in Athens or Barcelona .

You will support customers via phone, email, and chat while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
