Customer Support Representative

**Job Title:** E-Commerce Customer Support Representative II
**Location:** Johnston, IA
**Assignment Length:** 24 Months (As a W2 employee of KellyOCG)
**Pay Rate:** $19.50 per hour
**Shift Information:** Rotating shifts within 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST, Monday–Friday (three 8-hour shifts: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, 9:30 AM–6:00 PM)
**Work Environment:** On-site five days a week with option to work from home on Fridays

Please note: This is strictly a contingent position without expectations for transition to full-time employment.

This position offers a retention bonus after 6, 12, and 24 months of employment, as well as pay increases based on 6, 12, and 24 months.
