What the job entails
- Actively handling last-minute bookings and communicating with partner drivers.
- Reviewing booking details, processing changes, and resolving complaints.
- Working a versatile rotating schedule on a 24-hour cycle with teams in Merida, Mexico, and Prague, Czech Republic.
What we are seeking
- Full English proficiency (C1-C2).
- Fluent Italian speakers are a big plus.
