Role Description
Customer Support Specialist (Worker/Client Support, Account Management)
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, building relationships, and delivering top-notch customer service.
You will act as the primary contact for both workers and clients, handling inquiries and support requests via email. You’ll also be involved in onboarding new clients and supporting our account management team to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
