CX Consultant

Our consulting client is looking for a CX Consultant to join their team. This will be for 6+ months, fulltime hours per week, remote, and starting in September.

Rate range is $85-90 per hour, cad/ T4.

What you'll be doing:

• You will be a senior individual contributor supporting the CX Strategist across research, synthesis and artifact creation.
• Conduct behavioral data analysis, competitive benchmarking, GEO/AI search visibility audits.
• Build personas, journey maps, opportunity maps, experience principles.
• Draft client vision, design briefs and to-be journey artifacts.

Must haves:

• 6+ years in CX or UX Consulting
• Qualitative and Quantitative research experience
• Figma/Miro proficiency
