Role Description

Ihre Aufgaben

Umsetzung von SSE/SASE-Plattformen in Kundenprojekten – von der technischen Konfiguration über Policy-Design bis zur Stabilisierung im Betrieb (Troubleshooting/Optimierung)

Realisierung konkreter Use Cases wie ZTNA, Secure Web Gateway (SWG), CASB, Firewall as a Service (FWaaS) und DLP – inkl. Definition und Umsetzung von Richtlinien

Integration in bestehende Kundenumgebungen (z. B. Identity/MFA, Geräte-/Client-Anbindung, Netzwerk- und DNS-Umfeld, zentrales Logging/Monitoring/SIEM)

Planung sowie technische Durchführung von Rollouts und Migrationen (Pilotierung, Wellen-Rollout, Cutover-Plan, Betriebsstabilisierung), inkl. Abstimmung mit Fachbereichen und IT-Betrieb

Erstellung von Projekt- und Betriebsdokumentation (z. B. Konfig-/Policy-Doku, Test- & Abnahmeunterlagen, Runbooks) sowie Knowledge-Transfer und Übergabe an Betrieb/Managed Services
