Cybersecurity & Insider Risk Lead Role

Elevate Nutrien's cybersecurity efforts as a Cybersecurity & Insider Risk Lead. Focus on tackling insider threats through leadership and collaboration within our Cybersecurity team.
This position seeks a dynamic and experienced professional ready to take charge of insider risks at Nutrien. You will work alongside Cybersecurity, HR, and other stakeholders to identify risks and improve existing practices. Your leadership will foster a secure environment and strengthen incident response capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze telemetry data to uncover misuse or threats
• Conduct thorough investigations into anomalous incidents
• Manage insider risk alerts from investigation to remediation
• Develop strategies aligned with industry practices
• Engage with teams to strengthen insider threat awareness
Requirements:
• At least 4 years of cybersecurity incident experience
• IT-related degree or equivalent qualifications
