Cybersecurity Manager

Here at Phocas, we're growing quickly, experimenting with new tools and technologies, and rapidly evolving the way we work. That creates opportunities, but it also means we need to stay sharp on security. As our Cybersecurity Manager, you’ll help us get the balance right - keeping things safe, without slowing us down.

We’re looking for a Cybersecurity Manager to own the way we think about, manage, and improve security across the business, from our cloud environments through to our physical workplaces. You won’t implement every control yourself, but you’ll make sure the right things are in place, the right risks are understood, and the business knows where it stands.
