We‘re seeking a D2C Performance Marketing Lead to own paid media strategy, execution, and optimization across Meta, Google, and Amazon for our portfolio of high-potential DTC brands. You‘ll be the strategic quarterback for performance marketing, driving revenue growth while building repeatable, scalable processes that work across verticals.

This is a hybrid agency-client-facing role: you‘ll lead our internal PMM team while maintaining direct relationships with key accounts and serving as the strategic voice for platform strategy and budget allocation.
