Role Description
Transform raw data into actionable insights that shape product decisions and business strategy. You'll own analytics infrastructure, build dashboards, and partner with product and engineering teams.
- Tableau, Looker, Power BI
Requirements
- 4+ years data analytics experience
- Expert SQL skills, complex query optimization
- Dashboard design: Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
- Product analytics: MixPanel, Amplitude, or similar
- Statistical analysis, hypothesis testing
- Clear communication of insights to stakeholders
Nice to have
- FinTech or financial services experience
- Data modeling, dbt, data warehouse design
- Revenue analytics, cohort analysis, LTV modeling
- 25 vacation days per year
