Data & Analytics Lead

Tune Protect Group Berhad is looking for a Data & Analytics Lead to lead its data transformation journey. In this role, you will design and build a central data platform that supports reporting, analytics, and future AI use cases. Working across business and technology teams, you will play a key role in establishing a scalable data ecosystem while embedding best practices in data engineering, governance, and architecture. This is a high-impact role that offers the opportunity to shape data strategy, drive platform development, and build capabilities that support long-term business growth.

What You’ll Do

• Design and implement a scalable enterprise data platform (e.g. Snowflake, Azure, Databricks)
• Build unified data models across key domains such as Customer, Sales, and Claims
• Develop and manage data pipelines (ETL/ELT) from multiple internal and external systems
