Data and Systems Support Head

As the Data and Systems Support Head, you will be responsible for overseeing one of the strategic departments under the Retail Credit Operations Division. In addition, you will be accountable for providing data-driven insights, driving process optimization, and managing systems effectively.

How you'll contribute

• Support the division by analytical need such as creating dashboard reports for regular monitoring and providing ADHOC analysis as needed.
• Identify process gaps and potential solutions from the insights generated from the reports and insights from other departments.
• Oversee onboarding of new systems and data sources to be utilized by RCOD. Ensure successful vendor/contract management up to UAT and deployment to production.
• Lead the monitoring of RCOD’s existing systems, ensuring optimal tool performance and implementing initiatives to improve user experience.
