Data Business Analyst Tableau, SQL - Hybrid Madrid

Position Overview

Data Business Analyst to join our Data Visualization Competence Center and support the transition to a new data platform by analysing the current BI landscape, understanding business needs, and identifying gaps between legacy and future data environments.

Responsibilities

• Read, interpret, troubleshoot, and build or enhance Tableau reports.
• Work hands‑on with SQL to validate and explore data as part of analysis.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business Intelligence, or related discipline.
• 3+ years in a data/BI/business analyst or similar role.
• Solid hands‑on experience with Tableau and SQL.
• Ability to conduct gap analysis and map current vs future state in data/reporting environments.
