Job Overview

AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. We support all AWS data centers and all of the servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment that ensure customers have continuous access to the innovation they rely on. The Server/Network Technician will install, troubleshoot, and maintain the IT infrastructure that supports the AWS cloud, working closely with engineering and logistics teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and configure racks of hosts in line with internal SLAs.
• Diagnose and repair issues for server, storage, and network devices, including physical replacement of parts.
• Remediate or recover physical power issues on racks and participate in data center power & cooling events.
• Work shift schedule (4 days on, 4 days off, including night shifts on a rotational basis).
