Data Center Mechanical Engineer

The role focuses on the performance, reliability and optimisation of mechanical infrastructure across a live data centre environment, working closely with engineering, operations and project teams on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support across mechanical systems within a mission critical facility
• Support mechanical infrastructure activities across maintenance, upgrades and operational projects
• Work closely with internal teams, contractors and third-party vendors on site activities
• Support troubleshooting, root cause analysis and resolution of mechanical issues
• Drive improvements around reliability, efficiency and operational performance
• Ensure systems operate in line with safety, compliance and operational standards
• Assist with preventative maintenance, infrastructure optimisation and operational planning
• Coordinate with vendors and specialist partners where required
