We are seeking an experienced Data Center Technician for full-time work in Guadalajara, MX . This is an on-site position supporting mission-critical infrastructure at premier data center facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform hardware installations, decommissions, and migrations

• Execute structured cabling (copper and fiber optic)

• Conduct server racking, stacking, and labeling

• Perform cross-connects and patch panel work

• Troubleshoot connectivity and hardware issues

• Document all work with photos and detailed notes

• Coordinate with remote NOC and client teams
