JOB SUMMARY

The Data Distribution Infrastructure L3 Support Specialist will join the Enterprise Computing Organization. This team manages and supports reporting and Managed File Transfer (MFT) products/applications, including proprietary systems like COMET and Infoblast mail, and vendor products such as Connect Direct (NDM). This position is for a senior L3 SME and SRE with global responsibility for applications and infrastructure related to Managed File Transfer.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer application servers and SFTP/FTPS servers.
• Perform technical troubleshooting of infrastructure and user incidents.
• Deploy servers and applications; automate operational tasks.
