This role is responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing large datasets to generate actionable business insights. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams including Business Intelligence, Development, and AI teams to support data-driven decision-making and enhance existing systems, including chatbot and reporting platforms.
