Data Engineer

SvitlaSystems Inc. is looking for a Data Engineer for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Argentina.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Python (ideally 5-7 years).
• 5+ years of experience in a Data Engineering or Data Warehousing role.
• 5+ years of experience in building data pipelines using ETL tools (dbt preferred).
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience with big data technologies such as Snowflake, Redshift, Hive, Kafka, Spark, or similar.
• Extensive knowledge of both NoSQL and SQL databases.
• Expertise in workflow management and pipeline tools like Airflow.
• Master's degree (or a Bachelor's degree with relevant experience) in Math, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-starter mindset with strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills.
