About the opportunity
Based in Wellington, this is a great opportunity to join a growing and collaborative data capability at Transpower. As a Data Engineer, you’ll play a key role in the development, maintenance, and support of data pipelines and data products that underpin analytics, reporting, and operational decision-making across the organisation.

In this role, you’ll:
Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines to ingest, transform and deliver data

Build and support data products that meet performance, quality, security and availability requirements

Assemble and manage large, complex datasets from internal and external data sources

Support the reliable operation of analytics and reporting platforms

Work with approved platforms including Snowflake, Informatica, dbt and Power BI

Contribute to testing, deployment, monitoring and issue resolution
