Data Integrity Specialist

Responsibilities

• Research, analyze, and respond to client data inquiries regarding data trends, data applications, IQVIA systems, or methodologies.
• Ensure resolutions for the client data inquiries meet the timelines outlined in the Service Level Agreement.
• Perform weekly proactive analysis of key client markets and promoted products to identify potential data anomalies and data processing-related issues, and ensure appropriate corrective actions were taken.
• Perform quality checks on various supplier management reports, and provide sign‑off.
• Receive and respond to client data inquiries via email or through the IQVIA customer portal.
• Utilize various office applications and IQVIA tools to research, analyze, and resolve inquiries that require an understanding of the client and their business, the pharmaceutical market, and IQVIA data and processes.
