Role Description

Responsibilities
Lead the Data Migration stream, ensuring successful migration of all master and transactional data into SAP and Workday ERP.
Design and implement robust data structures that support business objectives and compliance requirements.
Create and maintain an overarching data migration strategy and produce/quality migration deliverables, aligning with business goals and technological capabilities. 
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure data quality, security, and compliance throughout the migration process.
Manage data quality across different phases of the data migration and making sure that data is fit for purpose. 
Lead and work collaboratively with third-party vendors, internal IT teams, and business stakeholders to ensure timely and effective delivery of data initiatives.
