Proficient in Microsoft office

Singaporeans only
 What you'll be doing on the job 
Accurately inputting information into databases and spreadsheets.

Receiving and sorting incoming mail and managing outgoing mail.

Providing timely and professional responses to customer inquiries via email

Coordinating with various departments to ensure timely and accurate information exchange

Identifying and implementing opportunities to enhance mail and document management processes for increased efficiency.

All other duties as assigned by management
