About the Role
We’re hiring a Data Steward to drive data quality and governance across critical commercial datasets in the life sciences domain. This role focuses on ensuring high-quality, reliable data that supports analytics, CRM systems, and business decision-making.
What You’ll Do
Perform data quality checks, cleansing, and validation
Manage and standardize HCP/HCO data across systems
Execute fuzzy matching and deduplication processes
Identify data issues and implement corrective actions
Work closely with business stakeholders and analytics teams
Ensure adherence to data governance and quality standards
What We’re Looking For
2+ years in data quality / data operations roles
Strong Excel and working knowledge of SQL
Experience with data cleaning, validation, and deduplication
